Meru Health results 2024: Reducing depression and anxiety
As part of our commitment to research and transparency, we publish peer-reviewed scientific studies in academic journals, white papers, and blog posts regarding the clinical or financial/cost savings results of our comprehensive, holistic treatment.
Recently, our data science and research teams looked at our program’s 2024 data regarding:
- How many people out of the ones that start Meru Health’s therapy program receive at least a 1-point improvement in either PHQ-9 or GAD-7 measures (standardized measures for depression and anxiety symptoms)?
- What percentage (%) of Meru Health’s therapy program completers reach at least 50% symptom reduction with PHQ-9 or GAD-7?
- What percentage (%) of Meru Health’s therapy program completers reach full symptom remission (described as PHQ-9 5 or under or GAD-7 4 or under)?
We’re excited to share these results.
