Gratitude is defined as, “the positive state of being grateful; an overwhelming feeling of appreciation and thankfulness, and the desire to return kindness to others”. Together we will take some time this season to engage in this practice. We will choose to take a moment to lift any stress or negative thoughts that might be troubling us, and create space for acknowledging the good there is around us.
