Meru Health’s program is available to CHEIBA members and their adult dependents on a CHEIBA-sponsored Anthem Colorado health plan. You will be billed 3 times (1x per active month in the program) subject to the same co-pay or co-insurance (after deductible) that would apply to an in-person visit. We accept FSA/HSA accounts to cover any co-pays.
