Because mental health happens between therapy sessions, we’re here to support you whenever you need it — whether it’s between classes or when the Sunday night scaries strike.
Simple, short daily practices will give you the tools to respond to stressful situations and negative emotions, and take steps to improve your mental health — for the long term.
Stress and burnout can take a major toll on you (hello, exam week). Our pocket-sized biofeedback device helps you recognize — and re-pattern — your body’s response to stress. So you can feel like you again.

You will have the ability to communicate with your therapist through a secure in-app chat, discreetly, and without any pressure. You can send a message whenever and as frequently as you want.
If required, you can schedule additional sessions (up to 3 in total) with your therapist during the program.
